Why Fortrose drivers choose Tyre-Tec
Fortrose is one of the easiest runs we do — twenty minutes from Inverness over the Kessock Bridge and through Munlochy. IV10 takes in Fortrose, Rosemarkie, Avoch and the residential lanes spreading out toward Cromarty. The fitting van covers the postcode daily and most Black Isle bookings can be slotted in same-day or next morning.
Coastal Black Isle driving wears tyres in particular ways — salt air on alloys, kerb scuffs along narrow streets in the village, and plenty of pothole damage on the back roads up to the lighthouse. We stock the full range: Michelin, Continental, Pirelli, Goodyear, Bridgestone for the premium fits plus mid-range and budget for second cars. Every quote is the all-in fitted price.
Emergency callouts cover IV10 the same as Inverness. Flat outside the Fortrose Tesco, slow puncture spotted in Rosemarkie car park, blowout on the back road from Cromarty — call and we're usually with you in well under the hour. Out-of-hours service runs alongside the standard hours.

How long until you reach Fortrose?
About 20 minutes from our Inverness base via the Kessock Bridge and Munlochy. Pre-booked slots run all week; emergency callouts on the Black Isle usually reach you in under an hour.
Do you fit alloys with kerb-strike or coastal corrosion?
Yes — we balance and fit on any wheel in serviceable condition. If the rim is too far gone we'll tell you straight before any work starts. Alloy wheel crack repair is also available — call to discuss.
